Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE)
Institutional Performance Evaluation (IPE) is an external as well as an internal quality review process conduct by the HEC (after every five year) and also conduct by the HEI every year to improve the educational quality standards, processes and infrastructure. Through IPE process an HEI can ensure that the minimum quality standards are met which ultimately leads towards Institutional Recognition by HEC, Adherence to HEC policies and adoption of good national and international practices.
IPE consists of following 11 standards and the evaluation results provide a fair and systematic set of information to help in institutional improvement with special emphasis on enhancing the quality of education, processes and infrastructure.

The IPE process initiate with the preparation of the document known as University Wide Data (UWD) and University Portfolio Report (UPR). University Wide Data contain all statistical data related to number of academic programs, student enrollment, faculty enrollment, student faculty ratio, financial aid and credit hours details mainly. The UPR contains answers to all questions with respect to the HEI policies/mechanism mentioned in the IPE manual Issued by the HEC.
