In vision to equip our students with the skills and mindset necessary to excel both personally and professionally, the Professional Development Center (PDC) and Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) steered a comprehensive training program for the graduating students of FUSST. The training program comprised eight modules carefully curated to instill strong ethical values, goal-oriented thinking, and the motivation needed to embark on successful careers. Faculty of Management science students were the pioneer batch who received the complete training in the span of eight weeks.

The program commenced on September 22, 2023, and successfully concluded on November 10, 2023. Brig (R) Dr. Fiaz Hussain Shah, Chairman of the Integrated Resilience Network, served as the distinguished resource person for the sessions.
