The Postgraduate Program Review (PGPR) of Foundation University Islamabad was successfully conducted by the Department of Quality Assurance (DQA) on December 13th - 14th 2022 at FUSST and FUCP. The HEC Review Panel was consisted of following members:
1. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Afzal, Dean Arts & Social Sciences, Lahore College of Women University, Lahore.
2. Dr. Ghulam Mujtaba Shaikh, Professor, Sukkur IBA University, Sukkur
3. Prof. Dr. Hammad Naveed, Professor, FAST NUCES, Lahore.

The Community Medicine Department under the leadership of Brig Prof Dr. Naila Azam organized training of Master trainers on “ Khud Ko Pehchano” project in collaboration with Greenstar Social Marketing (GSM) on Monday  24^th Oct 2022 from 1000hrs-1500hrs in Committee room FUSH. Dr. Tahira Amjad, Assoc Prof Community medicine from FUSH was the focal person of Foundation University Islamabad, to do all the necessary coordination with FUI secretariat and GSM, and to facilitate the execution of this project for both the FUI campuses.

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) conducted an awareness seminar on 4^th call for proposals under its Technology Development Fund (TDF) on 29^th November, 2022 at Air University Islamabad. Representatives from the industry, academia and HEC shared their previous experiences and success stories that led to creation and commercialization of research spin-offs at national and international level. 

The Department of Quality Assurance (DQA) organized a one-day training workshop on “Self-Assessment Report (SAR) Writing” for Program Team Members of different academic departments on October 14, 2022. Ms.

Mr. Syed Taimoor Hassan, Manager Foundation University Business Incubation Center was invited as a Resource Person at Kinnaird College for Women University to deliver a training session on September 28, 2022.

A certificate distribution ceremony was held at the Jungle Barracks Army Heritage Foundation for the Department of Tourism & Hospitality, FUSST, FUI on completion of Internship in the field of hospitality management, event management and Food and beverage services on 29 th August 2022. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Taimoor
Hassan, Manager BIC,, Mr. Hassan Mujtaba Lecturer, Deputy Director Maj. Jaffar, and Mr. Sajjad (Owner Galaxy Marquee).

Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC) hosted Capt. (Retd.) Muhammad Hanif, Senior Manager Security and Humanitarian Access, Action Against Hunger, for an interactive and informative training session on “How to Have Effective Business Communication” with FUBIC startups on 26 th September 2022. The session was extremely interactive and highlighted all the key factors of business communication.
