After intensive reviews and analysis of 114x business plans submitted by startups, 8x incubates were shortlisted and brought forward to the selection committee. 5x startups were selected by the selection committee, to be incubated at FUBIC.

Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC) hosted delegation from State Bank of Pakistan to delivered awareness session on basic financial education, under SBP National Financial Literacy Program (NFLP), with FUBIC startups and FUSST students on 20 th May, 2022. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Foundation University Islamabad (FUI) and Mindstorm Studios on March 16, 2022. Prof. Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Pro-Rector FUI, and Mr. Yaser Awan CEO Mindstorm Studios, inked the agreement to practically implement the various activities jointly developed by the FUI and Mindstorm Studios. Under this agreement, the faculty, students and staff of FUI and Mindstorm Studios can engage in a range of collaborative activities that includes promotion of game development, establishment of game-centric student chapter at FUSST, partnership in gaming competitions, training and professional mentoring, networking opportunities, FYPs related to game development, internships, work opportunities, recruitment drives and faculty placements for industry exposure.

Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC) has joined hands with Innovators Garage, powered by Zauq Group, as Regional Partners for Startup World Cup Pakistan 2021. Innovators Garage is an innovation management organization bridging Silicon Valley to the Indus Valley, which has been mandated by Pegasus Ventures USA to host and organize Startup World Cup Pakistan. Startup World Cup is the world's largest start up competition where startups compete for the prize money of US$ 1 million in Silicon.
Mr. Bilal Zaman, owner of “Dxer Tech”, Foundation University Business Incubation Center (FUBIC) participated in the “TiE University Global Pitch Competition”. Dxer Tech FUBIC is the first ever Pakistani startup who has participated from Pakistan in the “TiE University Global Pitch Competition”. A total number of 526 startups from seven different countries (40+ cities) around the globe participated in the competition, out of which Dxer Tech of FUBIC qualified for the semi final and stood at 7th position.

After intensive reviews and analysis of 25x incubate business plans, 5x incubates were shortlisted and brought forward to the selection committee.
