Participation of FUI Faculty in HEC Capacity Building Program (Phase-1))

The Higher Education Commission, Pakistan in collaboration with the British Council Pakistan, under its programme titled “Pak-UK Education Gateway”, organized a three-day Research Capacity Building (RCB) Programme on February 14-16, 2022 for ORICs. The resource persons were Prof. Elena Gaura and Prof. James Brusey from Coventry University UK.  Directors and Managers from 34x ORICs of Islamabad/Rawalpindi and KPK regions attended this RCB programme. Mr. Asif Javed, Manager Research Management represented ORIC (Foundation University Islamabad - FUI) in attending the subject programme. The core objective of the programme was to enhance skills of ORIC personnel dealing with research operations in general and research proposals/projects. The 3-day training programme consisted of informative talks, interactive sessions and presentations by the participants.
