Day 1: Introduction facility design and layout medical store/storage.
Day 2: Procurement / Vendors performance.
Day 3: Inventory management / MIS for Medical store.
Budgeting and Demand Forecasting/Medical store audits.

The content of the course will enable the participants with the ability to:
a: Learning the infrastructure & storage requirements.
b: Medical store procurement.
c: Medical stores quality management.
d: Medical stores services.

Introduction

This overview of the short course outlines the rationale, aims, curricular strategies and assessment method to be used in the program. It mentions the core competencies and discusses the essential principles for the program.
