Dr Imran Bashir Dar has received his PhD in Marketing from International Islamic University Islamabad (4/4 CGPA). He has about ten (10) years of Post-MPhil/Pre-PhD teaching experience at several public and private universities, five (5) years of academic administration, five (5) years of entrepreneurial, and fifteen (15) years of corporate exposure. An Assistant Professor since Dec 2017 and serving FUI as Lecturer from Sept 2016 onwards, served as Manager NBEAC-HEC, Trainer, Academic Consultant & Advisor. Moreover, he was the chief trainer for Punjab Police College Sihala and regional management of TEVTA, CSR coordinator, Marketing Head for four NBEAC (HEC) D&D Conferences, and Marketing Cluster coordinator. His PhD research endeavour is based on marketing analytics strategies and metrics in developing economies. Furthermore, exposure to the Middle East and four European countries. He was awarded a performance shield as a lecturer from DG, IBA, University of the Punjab. Conducted training and guest speaking sessions and was a jury member at several universities. Notably, curriculum advisory committee member at Karlstad University, Sweden. He also has international academic and corporate experience. Registered Instructor at Pearson Education US and McGraw-Hill. His selective achievements are 221 business plans submissions to Foundation University Business Incubation Centre (FUBIC), supervision and coaching of 30 StartUps launching (15M revenue), two successful NBEAC (National Business Education Accreditation Council-HEC) accreditations as an NBEAC Manager and Advisor, successful Corporate Sponsored Entrepreneurial Exhibitions in 2021 and business plans display at Open House in 2022, chief team member for designing the marketing strategy for FUI and developing promotional policy for postgraduate degree programmes at Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS), supporting higher studies programme manager, and key team member for Foundation University Journal of Business & Economics (FUJBE) recognition by HEC 2022 as well as served the FMS under multiple roles.
