The staff in the Registrar's Office serves the FUI community in all academic programmes across all of the University's campuses. Registrar office is responsible for:

  • To process registration of newly enrolled students of constituent institute/colleges and process the Registration of MBBS students with PM&DC.

  • To process migration request of the students.

  • To prepare Academic Calendar of the University.

  • All staff work relating to the matters of Deans Committee Meeting and Special Deans Committee Meeting.

  • All staff work relating to the matters of Academic Council Meeting held once in a year.

  • All staff work relating to the matters of Board of Advanced Studies & Research held twice in a year.

  • All staff work relating to University’s Financial Assistance Committee held twice after commencement of each semester.

  • All staff work relating to the matters of University’s Discipline Committee Meeting held on as and when a discipline case is referred to the Committee.

  • All staff work relating to the matters of Board of Faculty of Management Sciences, Engineering & IT and Faculty of Education.

  • All matters pertaining to Regulations relating to Admission, Registration & Examination of Bachelor & Master Level Program under Semester System and Annual System.

  • All matters pertaining to Regulations relating to M.Phil/MS & Ph.D Program.

  • To maintain the flow of funds of M.Phil/Ph.D students studying under HEC’s indigenous scholarship program.

  • To attend Conference/Seminars in HEC on relevant subjects.

  • Responsible for correspondence on student matters with PM&DC, PEC, HEC and Ministry of Education & Ministry of Science & Technology.

  • To pursue the cases of launching of new programs in constituent institute/college.

  • To work on Fee Structure of Constituent Institute/Colleges.

  • To issue appointment letters to the students of Medical College selected for House Job Training in Fauji Foundation Hospital.

  • To process the minutes of the Graduates Studies Committees of Constituent Institute/Colleges.

  • To submit the dissertation of Ph.D Students to Foreign as well as local evaluators.

  • Any other tasks assigned by Registrar/Rector.
