Asian Council of Science Editors is the first and the foremost organization in Asia that was developed with the aim to provide a unified and active platform for Asian editors and scholars where they can understand about their editorial problems, learn about the solutions and devotedly take up the future challenges to enhance the quality of Asian Scientific and Scholarly publications. Asian Council of Science Editors is a nonprofit Asian based and internationally oriented organization created to connect the Asian scholarly community, promote best practices in scholarly publishing and disseminate the intelligent information and solutions.

While concentrating precisely on the forthcoming generation of Scientists & up-skilling them at the grass root level, the First Edition of the Emerging Scientist Conference took place auspiciously during March 30-31, 2019, in the pivot of Research Work, Faisalabad, Pakistan. This event immersed more than 130 Participants from all parts of Pakistan. This new initiative of the ACSE was made efficacious with the ideas and support of ACE College, ANSInet, Asian Digital Library, Index One and ASCI Database.

Ms. Hafsa Khalil Toor, Assistant professor, Department of Psychology, presented her research entitled: "Mental State Talk: Assessment through Wordless Picture Book Reading" during this conference and secured 1st Place for most Innovative Research Idea.
